With 5 minutes to spare, I called the Fred Harris office and Cassie answered. She immediately texted me ID card images while I was standing in line and saved me from myself! I do not advocate this type of abuse of wonderful people like Cassie. I have had amazing service from Leslie as well over the years. You can’t go wrong with this wonderful agency!"

They checked in with me multiple times even though it’s actually the claims department outside of their office that handled that side. They guided me through the process and offered to help with anything they could. "Cancelled because they up my rates by $37,was paying 195.18,went up too $232.10,I been with them three plus yrs ,no email why ,no letter in mail ,no accidents,no tickets,now that I paid the 232.10,on the 23rd my due date is the 28th went with progressive ,they are $85.00 cheaper, Fred Harris an co.wont give me back the full 232.10,they want to send a check for 177.84 my ins payment not due yet why did they take this $54.00,for more fees they added are what.sound pretty crooked to me.so everyone who cancels with state farm will lose money after cancelling ,GREED is everywhere."
